The room was brand-new and huge, offered coffee/tea makers, cable channels, and a writing desk. The check in was simple and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Need to add that free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

The vibe here was quiet. Enjoyed the double room overlooking the street. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for us - walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Really nice experience, the hotel is nice with perfect location close to centre. Their rooms are always spotless and new-fashioned with a very comfortable bed, beautiful balcony and AC. The staff are excellent and amicable.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service, which was a nice touch. the breakfasts were tasty and conveniently delivered right to my room.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped.

We greatly enjoyed it, did not want to leave, do recommend. Everything was perfect, marvellous location close to the Metro station Ottaviano, and public transport, really good experience. The staff members were best and affable. Double room with an extra sofa, had essentials required.

It was immaculate, huge and with a comfy bed. The location was marvellous, not far from bars and restaurants. There was a nice restaurant, the main shopping centre and a market next door.

We had a lovely big sofa in our room, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea before bedtime. The property was well-maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The self-service breakfast was nice and light, and we even had water bottles provided for free every day.
We did experience some noise from the neighboring apartments due to thin walls, but it didn't bother us too much. We found it helpful to have earplugs with us just in case.

Best staff and excellent location near many bus stations, everything was great. The breakfast was savoury and hearty with a lot of options. We really enjoyed the stay, my room was tidy with very good breakfast as well as beautiful balcony.
